Dear Brethren,

The 2010 Feast is almost upon us and “Feast Fever” is running very high! It continues to amaze how time flies away. We are very excited being able to have Feast sites in Kellogg, ID and Elkhart, IN. In this letter we want to give you some last minute details and reminders.

Opening Night Reception in Kellogg
We will have a reception Wednesday night, 9/22, where we can all renew old friendships and make new ones. It will begin at 6:00 PM and last until 8:00 PM in the Conference Room where we will have services the next morning. There will be finger foods and snacks. Dress will be "nice casual" as it will be the beginning of the Holy Day.

Service Times
Services will begin each day at 10:00AM PDT sharp. We must start on time to coordinate with Elkhart. Services will be held in the Conference Room in the Gondola Village, above Noah's Restaurant.

Elkhart, IN Satellite Site
Services will be held at the Staybridge Suites in Elkhart, Indiana. This site will carry the complete services of all eight days of the Feast of Tabernacles from Kellogg, ID. For those with Internet access, you can view Staybridge’s web site at www.staybridge.com/elkhartnorth. If you need and additional information concerning this site, please contact Gary Klar, Church of God – Toledo, P.O. Box 377, Temperance, MI 48182. Phone is 888-605-3319 or 419-345-0520. Email is gary_klar@juno.com

Free phone-in for services
For those without computers we will have a free call-in for services. All you need do is dial this toll free from anywhere in US and Canada: 1-888-850-4523. When prompted, dial Pass Code: 4733776# (Remember to include the # key after the last digit of the Pass Code). You will hear "music on hold" until services begin. When services are over simply hang up to disconnect.

Live services from the Internet
We will be able to broadcast live services so you can receive them over the Internet. From your computer visit www.pacificcog.org. On the home page, below "Latest Upload", you will find a link titled "Listen Live, Feast 2010." Clicking on this button will take you to "Welcome, Feast of Tabernacles 2010.” Here you will find directions for Internet Video services and Internet Audio services. Should you have difficulties connecting, or have problems during services, you will also find contact information for Tech Support.

Offering Envelopes
We will have an offering box in the meeting hall in Kellogg. As is our custom, we will not have a pass-the-plate collection on the Holy Days. In order to make donation processing more efficient, we would appreciate all donations be made in an envelope with the donor’s name and address on the outside.

Weather in Kellogg
The average high for the dates of the Feast is 70 degrees, with the average low of 43. Weather that time of year is generally sunny with broken clouds. Very little rain is expected. Please pray for great weather! Click here for current weather conditions

Groceries
Since all the rooms at Silver Mountain have kitchens, it might be helpful to know that there are two grocery stores within walking distance, and a Wal-Mart superstore one exit back toward Spokane just off the freeway. And, for major coffee drinkers there is a Starbucks in Coeur d’ Alene!

Feast CDs and DVDs
Those not attending Kellogg and wishing copies of sermons please contact John Pollock, indicating whether you desire Audio CD, Video DVD or both. Remember, CDs are of the sermon only, DVDs of the full service. Media Request Form

Schedule of services
Attached is the schedule of services and activities.

We hope and pray that every one of you will have the most spiritually beneficial Fall Holy Day season ever!
